Biography
Mr. Kumar P. Adhikari is the visionary founder and Executive Director of Transcend Vision Nepal, bringing over 25 years of distinguished experience in conflict resolution, peacebuilding, governance, and inclusive development.
With advanced degrees in International Conflict from European Peace University and an MBA from Tribhuvan University, Mr. Adhikari has established himself as a leading expert in social development and governance reform in Nepal and beyond.
His extensive career includes serving as a high-level consultant for major international organizations including USAID, UNDP, UN Women, and the Government of Nepal, where he has led critical initiatives in conflict-sensitive programming, democratic governance, and evidence-based policy formulation.
